In 2018 vond gitarist Robbie van Leeuwen op zijn zolder unieke, nooit eerder uitgebrachte opnamen van de Nederlandse beatgroep The Motions.

Dit materiaal was in 1967 opgenomen in de legendarische GTB studio in de Nassaustraat in Den Haag. Toetsenist PP Everts raadde zanger van het eerste uur Rudy Van Den Berg (Bennett) aan om wat met deze tracks te doen en na wat arrangementenwerk van hen beiden en gitarist Alan McIachlan, werden de nummers ingestudeerd door de huidige line-up van The Motions.

Het klonk zo goed dat er werd besloten dat het op plaat vastgelegd moest worden. Producer Eric Kuylaars werd gevraagd het geheel te produceren.

Onder zijn bezielende leiding zijn de nummers met de hele band vrijwel in one take opgenomen, in zijn ParkRoad Studio in Voorburg. Op 'Recorded' staan zowel de nieuwe versies als de oude demo's uit 1967.
